Why this prayer initiative

“Can’t you hear the voice of Wisdom? From the top of the mountains of influence she speaks into the gateways of the glorious city. At the place where pathways merge, at the entrance of every portal, there she stands, ready to impart understanding, shouting aloud to all who enter, preaching her sermon to those who will listen.” (Proverbs 8:1-3, TPT)

Often, the body of Christ reacts negatively to abuses put forward by the world system. We mistakenly withdraw from city gateways we would otherwise occupy as a voice for biblical values; leaving a vacuum for opposing values to gain strength.

The education gateway is a pathway of vast opportunity. In previous generations, church leaders built schools, colleges and universities to equip the populace in practical and scientific wisdom with ethical underpinnings. The public education environment is now a conflict of differing values.  

Our assignment for education is not to abandon our city gates; removing us from our place as watchmen, ambassadors and salt of the earth. This commission carries a resolve to occupy this mountain of influence. Through prayer we hope to reform and restore healthy education. Through encouragement we desire to serve those who serve in this field. Through participation we can be a voice for change.

As this mountain greatly shapes the minds and expectations of younger generations, it is also a pathway to families. What we bring to the table is moral values, the basis for integrity. Moral values are rooted in the character of God, forming solid stability on well-built foundations. Strong foundations will restore the broken walls that surround us and advance the Kingdom of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

All things are possible through our commitment to partner with Jesus, who commissioned us to boldly advance His Kingdom under His leadership.
